Please note
All time-based charges are billed in per-second increments.
PSTN, SMS, and WhatsApp traffic are paid directly by the customer to the provider.
Chats with unique subscribers are billed once within a 48-hour time window.
The monthly payment is divided by the number of days in the month and the money is debited daily.
For conversations between two or more parties, conversation recognition is charged per participant at the rate specified in the pricing plan. Custom models can be used with your API key, paid directly to the provider.
LLM usage is billed separately for both text input and output, with rates specified per million characters in the pricing plan.
Actual price may vary based on the exchange rate between EUR and local currency at the time of payment processing or invoicing.
Prices exclude all taxes, levies and duties.
